A: As a small business, our resources are often limited. We try our best to sponsor events that fit best to our mission. Due to high volume of requests, we can't always respond to every email.

A: There's no minimum for catering, but we have a delivery fee for every order.
A: We'd love if you can submit your order 36 hours in advance. Orders for the weekends must be processed by 3PM on Friday.

A: Delivery fee is 10% of the subtotal, with a $20 minimum and $120 maximum. We deliver to all of Manhattan, and parts of Brooklyn and Queens.

For deliveries that require moving out of borough, we charge an out of borough fee that varies based on location. Gratuity is optional.
A: Yes! You can pick up from any of our locations.
A: Orders can be cancelled 24 hours prior to your event free of charge.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged in full for your order.

For orders above $1,000.00 we request a deposit of 50 %. This deposit is non-refundable if your event is cancelled less than one week prior to your event date.

  • Drop-off platters - perfect for office lunches, meetings, or casual events. You can even order online!
  • Live sushi station - guaranteed to 'wow' your guests for special events
  • Private events - book our W 37th St location for your next celebration and we'll handle all the food

We buy local whenever possible. We source many of our ingredients from the Union Square Farmers Market.

A: Of course! Our sushi menu is 100% gluten free. The rest of our menu is also gluten-free friendly. Please check with our staff before ordering.

A: We're glad you asked! Our dinner menu is currently exclusively served at W 37th Street location and is available after 5PM every day. The menu includes snacks, mains, our signature sushi and dumplings, and (of course) dessert.

Our rewards policy is simple and gratifying.

For every $100 spent, you receive $10 credit.
With no credit expiration, you may safely store the credit in your account or redeem right away.

Things to note:

  • Orders on third-party platforms may not be used
  • In-store orders are not eligible
  • Store credits don’t have monetary values
  • Store credits may not be applied for catering orders or vice versa
