It's offically summer...time to fire up the grill! Our summer menu proves you don't need meat to enjoy delicious BBQ. We toss unripened jackfruit in tangy BBQ sauce and char it straight on the grill for the perfect summer bite. If you've been around since last year, you might recognize these specials - they were so popular we're bringing them back! Here's the full rundown:
Sushi Roll - Black rice, pickled red cabbage, mango, baby watercress, and mint topped with hickory smoked jackfruit and dehydrated Moroccan olives. Served with tomato guajillo and yuzu coconut mint sauces.
Dumplings - Hickory smoked jackfruit with onion, carrots, and celery topped with dehydrated Moroccan olives, lemon panko, and mint. Served on a bed of baby watercress with tomato guajillo and yuzu coconut mint sauces.
Quinoa Salad - Baby watercress, tir-color quinoa, avocado, hickory smoked jackfruit, pickled red cabbage, mint, and dehydrated Moroccan olives. Served with yuzu coconut mint sauce.
