Spring is in the air at Beyond Sushi

The sun is coming out, the birds are chirping, the plants are coming back to life....you know what that means! Time for bright, fresh spring flavors to hit our menu. If you've been around since last year, you might recognize these specials - they were so popular we're bringing them back! Here's the full rundown:

Sushi Roll - Black rice, blackened goguma, avocado, and baby arugula topped with lemon dill fava beans, puffed quinoa, and tomato powder. Served with lemon saffron sauce. 

Dumplings - Shredded brussel sprouts and lemon dill fava beans on a bed of baby arugula, topped with puffed quinoa and tomato powder. Served with lemon saffron and tomato guajillo sauce. 

Rice Bed Salad - Black rice, baby arugula, blackened goguma, roasted brussel sprouts, and avocado topped with puffed quinoa and tomato powder. Served with tomato guajillo sauce.
