Introducing our fall stars

Fall is around the corner, and we're prepping for the season with some cozy new offerings! Our brand new fall menu incorporates celeriac, the little known root vegetable that packs a serious nutritional punch. We roast it to bring out the natural sweetness, and pair it with seasonal favorites like beets, kale, maple, and rosemary. Here's the full rundown:
Sushi Roll - Black rice, roasted celery root, avocado, and baby kale topped with rosemary butter bean purée and kale chips. Served with tomato guajillo sauce.
Dumplings - Seared seitan, kale, garlic, shallots, and celery root topped with home-made kale chips and lemon panko. Served with tomato guajillo sauce.
Seasonal Salad - Baby kale, roasted celery root, yellow and candy cane beets, pistachios, "feta," and avocado. Served with maple vinaigrette.
