It's a new month! It's a new season! And we're bringing new seasonal specials to you. We have a combo to sushi, salad and dumplings packed of autumn flavors for you.
For the sushi, we have coffee-roasted kabocha squash, avocado and baby arugula wrapped in black rice. The roll is topped with citrus-infused shredded carrots and black garlic powder. It also comes with a burnt eggplant and yuzu coconut sauce.
Farro Salad is another favorite item for this season. We take the best of Fall produce and put them in a salad bowl with farro, roasted broccoli florets, avocado, pickled shiitake caps, coffee-roasted kabocha squash, roasted pumpkin seeds and black garlic powder. The salad has a yuzu coconut vinaigrette dressing.
Last but not least, our dumplings of this season are packed with baby arugula, kabocha squash and burnt eggplant. The toppings include lemon panko, micro arugula and black garlic powder. The dumpings have a yuzu coconut sauce.
