Beyond Sushi is New York City’s leading vegan restaurant chain, reimagining plant-based food one plate at a time. We are a vegan and kosher haven, known for our unconventional sushi, globally inspired flavors, and indulgent desserts and cocktails. We have three locations across Manhattan, offering up full-service dine in, takeout, and delivery options.

ABOUT US

Established in 2012 by husband-and-wife team, Guy and Tali Vaknin, Beyond Sushi has expanded to three locations across NYC. Our goal is to build a community through a memorable and mindful meal, while leaving a lasting impact on our planet. Our dishes incorporate forward thinking flavor profiles and ingredients that elevate casual plant-based dining.

THE MENU

In 2022, we launched our latest and most ambitious menu, featuring brand new dishes like Chick’n Yakitori Skewers, “Tuna” Poke Bowl, Matcha Affogato, and more. Chef Guy also brings new life to our well-known vegan sushi, with exciting options in addition to our Signature Rolls. Our dishes have changed, but our mission remains to serve high-quality and accessible plant-based food that both vegans and non-vegans will enjoy.
